Recently, one of our clients received a voice mail message claiming to be from the debit card processor for First South Bank. It asked the client to call back a 1-800 number. When they called they were asked to provide the debit card number. This phone call was made to appear like a legitimate call from First South Bank, but it was not originated by First South Bank.

First South Bank does not solicit confidential information in this manner. These messages are fraudulent and they are not from First South Bank. If you happen to get this phone message, or anything similar via email, do not respond to it.

If you have already responded to this message, or have logged on to a site that appeared to be First South Bank, please call us immediately at 864-595-0455 and ask for the debit card processing department.
